Where we're at
We started Rupt in 2024 and immediately started doing things differently. Fully custom products with a 1-piece minimum. Recycled materials. Packaging that gets a second life. Global manufacturing that turns ideas into real products fast.
Now we're making products for big brands and for ourselves, and pushing into retail, DTC, apparel and footwear, collaborations and private-label collections. That means a lot of new products, on tight timelines. And every one of them needs a tech pack.
The job
On any given day you'll have a stack of projects in motion: a jacket for a major brand, a hat for a collab, a bag for our own line, a shoe that needs to hit the factory tomorrow. You'll turn sketches into tech packs so clear a factory on the other side of the world doesn't have to ask a single question, keep every project moving, and never let quality slip because the clock is ticking. If you love the details and thrive when the plate is full, this is your job.
Volume
Run lots of fast-turn projects at the same time, for big brands and for Rupt, and keep every one of them on track and on deadline.
Tech packs
Complete, production-ready tech packs for apparel, headwear, bags and footwear: flats, construction callouts, stitch details and artwork placement.
Specs
Points of measure, grading and tolerances, plus bills of materials for fabrics, trims, hardware, labels, packaging and colorways.
Factories and systems
Answer factory questions, review samples, write comments nobody can misread, and build templates so every product moves faster than the last.
