Where we're at

We started Rupt in 2024 and immediately started doing things differently. Fully custom products with a 1-piece minimum. Recycled materials. Packaging that gets a second life. Global manufacturing that turns ideas into real products fast.

Now we're pushing into retail, DTC, apparel and footwear, brand collaborations and private-label collections. We're building a brand people recognize without seeing the logo, and you'll help make it.

The job

Most early-career design jobs mean resizing banners and waiting years for someone to trust you with something real. This isn't that. You'll sketch an idea on Monday and watch it become a jacket, a pair of shoes or a full collection that ends up on people all over the world. Your designs won't sit in a drawer. They'll get made, worn and photographed.

The work

Apparel graphics, jackets, shoes, packaging and collections that go into production, for Rupt and the brands we partner with.

The craft

Learn what makes physical products great: screen print, embroidery, patches, woven labels and full custom.

Your ideas

Pitch your own concepts. If they're good, we'll make them.

Growth

Real feedback, a lot of reps, and bigger projects as fast as you can handle them.

Probably you

  • 0 to 3 years of experience, or fresh out of school with a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling.
  • Fast and fluent in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • You obsess over type, color and the tiny details nobody else notices.
  • You get way too excited about apparel, sneakers, merch and anything you can hold or wear.
  • You take feedback as fuel, not an insult.
  • You'd still be making cool stuff even if nobody paid you to.

Probably not you

  • You want to coast.

  • You'd rather design for a screen than for the real world.
